    Many years ago I visited Salisbury cathedral which claims to have the oldest clock in the world. From memory it was accurate to 2 plus hours per day. Not bad for a 800 year old plus clock. Cathedral well worth visiting.

    From a biological standpoint, our internal clock is accurate to +-15 minutes at any given time.
