    Hi all,

I am new to this forum, so please be gentle with me.....

My dad has given me his Seamaster Mariner 1 which is approx 1976 watch. Its in good condition, but the bracelet is a bit small for me and he doesn't have any spare links. I have put it on a leather strap, but would prefer to get it back to its original look. The bracelet number is 1268/241; any idea where I can get additional links from or, if I need to buy a complete bracelet. I couldn't see anything on eBay, but I am sure there are more specialist places.... look forward to learning from you guys.

Those links might be harder to find individually, but full bracelets do come up now and again. You could try contacting Omega directly too.

Thanks, I have messaged Ofrei, but as I am in the UK, I doubt we will speak on the phone, and he does seem to have a lot of "rules" to communicate with him.

Thanks for all your help so far...

Cousins UK might be worth a shot. You could try STS as well, also in UK. Swiss Time Services. They are more of a repair/service/restoration shop, but maybe they can help.

    Thank you so much.

This is a great and friendly forum and so different to any of the tech forums I have been in where they are all a bit snotty....
Thank you, please let me know if you do have them.

    Cheers.

So, set yourself an avatar and hang around for a while (and post more watch pics). Won't be long before you start asking about buying more watches!
