This is an omega cordura strap. It's the same as the snoopy strap but with grey stitching. Part number CWZ004526.

Love the Cordura straps. I've got the blue one from an Aqua Terra on my CK2998 - I find it a very comfortable strap.

I bought a BandrBands camel suede strap for my Speedmaster. It needs a little removal of leather on the inside of the strap to fit the Omega deployant clasp (it's too thick), but now it fits nicely. Unfortunately this version is not available as a deployant clasp version, so you can see the original buckle attachment. Most is hidden below the new clasp though.
The suede is already getting nicer from wearing it for about a week!

jrrs - what do you think of the Model 2? Quality item? In the pictures, it looks like the band is thinner (which is what I'm looking for). I recently purchased a strap that is a little thick for my liking, making it difficult to break in.

I鈥檝e worn it almost a week now and really like it- for thinness makes it conform to the wrist real nice. Very comfortable and supple. My one critique is that the leather keeper is a bit bulky. Would have preferred something thinner or another metal keeper. But all in all, it鈥檚 quality and works really well on the speedy pro.

Hi ! I'm looking to buy a black alligator strap for my hesalite speedy. But I need some help with the various models... I want to buy a 20/18mm strap to put on an 18mm polished deployment buckle (94521813 is that correct?).
So I've found the 98000215 (curved end) and the 98000276. But I've also found the 98000245. Can you tell me the difference ? Which one is installed on the sapphire speedy ? Which one do you recommend ? Thanks a lot for your help !

So, none of the model #'s you mention come with the Sapphire Sandwich Speedy. The factory set comes with the 98000008 black alligator strap which is a 20/16 in matte finish, and utilizes the 16mm Omega clasp model #94521613. The taper gives it a more traditional look, and is noticeably smaller on the wrist than 18mm.
The 98000215 is original to the Deville with semi fitted lugs, while the 98000276 is actually very dark brown with straight lugs and for the Aqua Terra. The 98000245 is the straight lugs model for the Planet Ocean. All of them will fit the Speedy Pro if you use the proper 18mm clasp.

Omega also short versions of some of their straps which carry an S suffix. If you have narrow wrists, it removes a bunch of excess strap.

When I replaced the strap on my De Ville with the 2 stud type deployant clasp, I went with the shorter version and found it more comfortable.

Also some clasps come in short versions as well. They don't really shorten the strap fitment but are primarily for those who don't want too much metal under the wrist and don't have overly large hands. The 94521863 and 94521883 are the model numbers.

Thanks for your answers ! One last question : does the 98000008 has also semi fitted lugs ? Can we say the 980000215 is the equivalent of the 98000008 with an 18mm taper instead of 16mm ? I think I'd prefer the 18mm buckle, if I want to buy a calf of a canvas in the future...

No, the 98000008 isn't analogous to the 98000215 as it has straight lugs. There's no 20/16 black alligator straps that have semi-fitted lugs. There are a good amount of 20/18 straps with either semi fitted or full flush lugs.

And just an FYI, if you want to use the Omega buckle you need straps that are made for it. It won't work correctly with normal tang-style straps since the closing mechanism is designed differently and thus will sit in an awkward wrist position once closed.
