firstly: anyone call dibs on this watch? http://www.ebay.com/itm/380682464429Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Second - what's a good/fair price? Ive owned just about every brand of watch at one point or another but never an omega. The fanbois on the rolex messageboard look down upon omega. and, by fanboy I mean @$&#. Btw ive dealt with this seller in the past and he's a good egg.
Not me ...... But I still put my dibs on your gold Polarouter The watch is polished. Being 14 K the price should be in USD 1800 -2200.
Yes, the lugs and the side case has lost their edges and medallion in case back has lost its grainy sky . Fortunately it still has the stars intact.
IMO, the two watches shown are not comparable. Privateday's example is an earlier reference. On these, the cross-hatching is much more visible than on the 2nd generation Ref. 14902 in the eBay listing. No doubt that the eBay watch has been polished, but the medallion is relatively intact. A lot of time, there is just uneven wear from normal use. gatorcpa
