What's the story about 145.014 Mk II case backs?

Inside I've seen "Brevitt 487449" and "DDE.BR.+ 2750.67" both with the correct reference written underneath

Would both these screw onto an early reference plain black dial 145.014 MK II?

Which is actually correct for this reference or were they both used interchangeably?

Sorry, mate. No idea.

Mine has the DDE marking, came from the German market and is in the 31,6xxxxx range of serial numbers, around about '72, I think.
