    Why would you think it was sapphire? It should be acrylic/Hesalite. See the logo in the middle of the one in the pic? That means the one fitted is acrylic. Have checked Cousins but they don't list a crystal for that case no.

    Yes I'm wrong it's acrylic!

    Google says PZ5162 (ofrei.com). Wait for archer, he will give you probably more correct part number.
