What's the best way to apply Loctite to bracelet screws?

Here's what Omega specifies for Loctite in different applications in Omega Work Instruction 86 - Disassembley and assembly of case components.

638 retaining compound for pressed in parts:



2701 thread locker for screwed in parts on materials other than steel:



586 thread locker for threaded parts on steel:



Application of heat is standard practice for disassembly.

Thank you. So would you recommend I unscrew the screws to add loctite, then reinsert them?

It's really up to you. If you do use it, apply a very small drop - all you are trying to do is prevent the screw from backing out.
