    Heyo guys!

I found that beauty in a pawn shop, it costs around $700. What is that? It's pretty similar to the cal 601, but I couldn't found any exact matches on ebay nor google. Anyways, it's beautiful, I really want to buy it, but I'm not sure I can find glass and belt for it. Also, they didn't allowed me to touch the watch at all, not sure it's working - should I buy it if it's not? Any experience on fixing charges for that model?

Sorry for the image quality, but again, they didn't allowed me to touch it :(

    Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's just gold plated, with 18K. Any idea on caliber/sku/anything? I'm pretty much felt in love with that, if that's expensive or too damaged, I'm going to find another one somewhere.

I would not buy a watch where they would not let you touch it.

The sales staff at Galeries Lafayette had no problem allowing me to fondle this..............and it's worth a bot more than $700.

And the little Geneve will have a Cal 601, a great movement, but at $700 and no looky at the insides I'd politely tell them to do a Captain Koons with it.

Thanks guys. FYI, it's eastern europe, the situation is pretty messed up here - I'm actually happy that I saw a proper omega in real life; for sure, we don't have official Omega boutique. So I'm here with pawn shops and ebay, and in those shops, they have some strict rules, probably because of thieves and stuff. And yeah, I agree, I shouldn't buy anything in a store where they not allowing me to test/try it.
