What speedmasters have straight writing on the back?

I have been trying to determine what model my omega speedmaster is, but i havent succeeded yet. I did find out that the caseback has straight writing and that that is uncommen for speedmasters. On the back it says “flight qualified for all manned space missions”. And in the middle it says “the first watch worn on the moon”. I was wondering if anyone knew which models have this?

Probably an ST 145.022-69
Get yourself the Moonwatch Only eBook (app) and it will be much easier to figure out what you have.

Is the 145.022 the only model which has this?
Yes and only in a narrow date range.
To be more precise only 145.022-69 made in 1970.
