Yes, looks like dial on Apollo 20th anniversary too. A member here has a 20th with wrong dial, maybe hit him up.

Isn't it a 76 or 78 dial? That was my first thought, what with the shape of the S. I'm about 4,000 miles away from MWO so can't check other than by looking at http://speedmaster101.com/145-022/145-022-71-74-76-78/
