It’s a 166.062 Seamaster , from the late 60s with a 565 movement

You definitely need a dress watch. If you want to stick with Omega and go new, a DeVille Prestige would be a good choice. If vintage, as I noted previously, you can't go wrong with a Constellation, but shop carefully and with advice from the forum because it's a minefield out there. Here are closer photos of a few of mine.

Well, they are certainly luxury watches, but I wouldn't classify most of them as dress watches.
