What model is this brietling or is it fake please help

 

How about I ask you this first: where did you get it and how much did it cost you?

 

Got it from my mums friend he works in a five star hotel and found it in one of the rooms safe he kept it for a month to see if any one claims it

 

Absolutely fake

 

How can you tell

 

If it were real, it would be something the owner would DEFINITELY come back or call and ask about. And if it were real, what makes you think the guy who found it would give it away? Is he in the habit of gifting $4000 watches? If so, tell him about this forum so he can join and splurge on us. I'd be happy with a nice black dialed vintage Seamaster - which wouldn't even be worth half of what an authentic Breitling like that costs.

 

Some "5 star hotel" that couldn't check their records and notify the owner

 

+1 on that, sounds fishy!

 

Maybe not fake but as an Aussie i would call it Hot at this point in time.
