What kind of Omega is this? Almost like a 1948 Omega Seamaster?

    Hi there, can anyone help me out by giving me some info about this watch?
    Don't know much about watches so anything would really help alot.

    All the info on the watch is inside the case. Model
    number on the caseback and serial and movement number on the movement.

    Looks like a circa 1960 manual-wind cal. 267 or similar.

    The hands are wrong, and looks to be in below-average condition.

    Probably ref. 14391 from early 60’s. Usually come with caliber 268/69
