What is your favorite Omega bracelet and why?

After reading a thread on bracelets, I was curious what bracelets are your favorites.

I need to cast my vote for the 1498 or 1499 Speedmaster bracelet. Love the 20-16mm taper and modern construction. I think it’s egregiously undervalued and I’m okay with that, because I’ll stock up until everyone else starts to feel the same way. 👍

Love those flat-links. Super comfy with the spring loaded ends, and not so heavy that you put an additional inch on your biceps. Not cool on only one side of your body.

Just bought this one (and posted about it) non-omega (made by Watchgecko), but I like it better than the 1171 that came with my watch.

Heavy mesh.
+1
Solid, comfortable, what's more fitting for a Seamaster than a shark mesh.

A special thanks to @JimInOz and his special Lady, Annie, that hunted this down for me halfway around the world.

I am in the minority, but absolutely love this bracelet. It was one of the many reasons I went SMPc over Speedy.

That’s interesting, I tried that approach a while ago but the end links were too big.

Omega 808 on the left, WG version on the right.
Did you modify the end links from WatchGecko? Or maybe I just need different part numbers.

Looks like you have the same endlinks - they are definitely larger. I ended up bending them a bit so that the ends curve down, rather than stick up. Basically wrapped a towel around the endlink, and then squeezed it so that it reduced the front to back 'width' - mostly by curving down the top corners. Sorry I didn't take a picture of the before and after on the links. Basically you can make them work, but it does require pliers.

I was hoping someone else would nominate the Bond bracelet. Still my favorite for looks and comfort. Oyster-style bracelets are boring and so common!

I really liked the bracelet on the 2531.80 due to the clasp and how it was totally flush with the rest of the bracelet. I was bummed when Omega beefed up the clasp and made the built-in deployant not quite as flush, but I’m sure it’s still extremely comfy!

I'm with you guys, a big part of why I bought the watch!
