Can anyone come up with any suggestions as to what this is? It appears to be a tiny (~19mm diameter) ladies Omega DeVille with a grey dial, plain case back & a manual movement.

Can anyone suggest what it might be worth & based on that where would be an appropriate place to get it serviced in the UK (i.e. not STS if the cost of the service would be multiples of the value!). I'm based in Surrey if that helps matters.

I would say it is a manual wind ladies watch with a silver dial that will cost multiples of its value to service...
