Its ref.785 aka Foibos. Case is around 31mm but lug width is 18mm so it's pretty wearable. Here is mine :)

For 31mm (1930 ca) with better dial u could find something from 200 to 500€ on Italian Market.

I ve found a scarab 31mm with an original dial (not perfect) with cal 26.5 serviced at 250€ in a Italian vintage watch shop in Rome..

What a luck ! But in Italian physical market, for this it must be in the right place at the right time.

I believe the dial is original Omega, although I’m not sure it is correct for this model.

I think €200 would be very cheap for this watch In running condition.
