What has Happened to my 300MC

Long time since I’ve been on here, but a change of career means that it’ll be a long time before I’m buying anymore watches.

To the point, I recently had to put my 300MC in for repair. I used the hour jump after not wearing for a couple of days and it got stuck between hours, when minute hand was at 12. Anyway, below is a list of parts that were replaced, and this is only 3 years since an Omega service. Watch has never been dropped or knocked and the boutique and service dept (in another city) both made a point of saying it was in fantastic condition (on the outside). Anyone (obviously smarter than me), able to work out what has gone wrong from the below list of parts replaced? I’m trying to get my head around how a watch that is babied, ends up requiring what seems to me, like a lot of parts.

Thanks.

Rotated the image for you. That does seem like a lot of parts if it's only three years out from the last service and hasn't been damaged or abused.

Well, the hour wheel is a common fault for the jumping-hour mechanism, but it should have been replaced at the last service. Assuming it was done then, guess you drew the short straw and it failed. I believe a lot of the other items are commonly replaced at any service by an Omega service center only because it is faster to replace them with new parts than to clean, inspect, reinstall.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, OB was extra cagey when asked.

OB doesn't do the servicing, so likely they didn't know what to tell you. I suspect the best they could do is contact HQ.
