Removing the bezel is straight forward enough, I use a 2.5mm plastic angled edge which I push against the underside of the bezel and twist to pop it off, similar method to the video, I've probably removed bezels 50+ times without issues. But installing the bezel can be quite tricky, firstly to align the text of the bezel and then to seat it correctly. Some bezels can almost be pushed on by hand but some are very tight even using a good quality press. The tolerances for manufacture of cases and bezels must have changed fractionally throughout the years but I think if you are fitting a bezel from the same age as the case then it should be a good fit.
Also if you had a sapphire case back you need to be especially careful to select the correct size die for the case back side of the press, to ensure it does not contact against the sapphire otherwise there is the potential for disaster.
