·I purchased the Sedna gold on blue rubber a couple of months ago. I love it. To change it up a bit I’ve just purchased the all SS bracelet and now love this look. Also the two tone bracelet was about £2k more expensive to buy on its own. So chuffed with the result...

·I really like the black and gold variant. Also, if I had the money, I'd totally get an all gold PO or 300 master coaxial. I sort of like the rejection of classic dress watch styling and flexing with an giant 350 gram tool watch.

·I'd forgotten I'd started this thread such a long time back. I worked my way through many different variations of the SMP until I managed to bag this:
My prediction on resale turned out to be true though as now I'm wanting to go back to a PO it's proving very difficult to move on. To be fair though I think that's more a comment on the state of internet buying/selling and the sheer number of wannabee watch traders during C19 than the watch.
Oddly this watch and my YM are the only two watches I've ever been complimented on while out in public (and I have had an distressingly large number of watches). I'd love the full sedna version if I could guarantee I'd keep it.

I’m glad you asked. It’s a Hodinkee limited edition. The entire screw is made out of hardened crushed diamond - then coated with steel to dull and hide its appearance.
Ben can only make 6. Don’t bother searching, they are all sold out. But I’m willing to let you have mine, for just $6000.

·I think my AT is watch that can tick quite a few boxes, of course there will be people who don't like it at all, but as a jack of all trades watch it can be dressy and sporty.

I knew someone would make fun, but I'm glad we got both side of the spectrum on this forum, I understand both but original ''clou'' de cartier is still a classic, but I gotta say that taped screw is funny as hell , to each his own I guess hahahaha

Ironic you posted this thread. I just saw in person that diver seamaster at the OB and it looked amazing. I like how it’s not all gold of course. With enough there but not overpowering it’s very impressive and classy with the sport watch edge and dress up option. I have the blue stainless. I have the rubber strap snd I love it

I'm asking as there doesn't appear to be anyone on this forum who's gone full bore for sedna gold on bracelet. I've been so pleasantly surprised at how much I'm enjoying wearing my silver seamaster, I'm having a lot of unnatural thoughts about the full sedna gold version.
Ref 210.20.42.20.03.002, and here's a pic I took a good while back at an AD just before I bought my Yachtmaster. I was dead set on the TT SMP until I went away for a weekend to London and came back with the YM.
My thoughts are that the Omega is really good value to own as a TT watch (assuming I never sold it - the resale on this would likely be pretty poor). If I kept my 9300 speedy for sentimental reasons, flogged my PO and Seamaster, I would have a lovely, smart every day wearer in the TT seamaster)

I bought the rubber strap I do like it. Brings out the color of the dial. But I do like your sedana gold diver that’s Grade A

·I have the same dilemma. I think if I end up keeping mine I’ll suck it up and buy the Sedna bracelet. For me I’ll always be thinking I should have got the right bracelet to match the head.if I got steel only.

That is a very cool story indeed, thanks for sharing, My first role out of Uni was for a commercial dive company, so I do enjoy a good dive story.
