Looks like it could be good, but it's impossible to give a solid opinion with one picture and no information.
Please refer to Speedmaster101a nd the Vintage Omega posting guide on the forum and come back with additional info
Be very careful, this was sold on eBay with the same photos last week: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Ome...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Make sure the seller actually has the watch before buying. (It sold for a low price because the movement serial is out of range for a 105.012-65)
Always have to ask yourself in situations like this, how did the bezel take the abuse it did and not the case? Doesn't add up to me.
I gues it's possible that it had a super nice DON sold for a premium price and replaced with a less pristine one ?? Just at thought......
Thanks for all the feedback. Got back from the omega boutique and ordered my extract. The watchmaker there opened it up and confirmed that everything was right and he indicated that serial numbers and case back references can jump around with a wide spread based upon his experience. Fob may have been replaced, but the correct type. I am in Houston and he said he sees quite a few of the old ones, including quite a few from the NASA guys.
