What dial is this?

I’m not a rampant collector of watches. I have a couple of Automatic Tags and a Tissot. I came across an older Omega in an estate sale and bought it up very cheap(they were near family). I’ve had a devil of a time identifying this Seamaster. After joining this forum and reading up ive narrowed it down thanks to your all’s VERY informative past threads(Caliber and Ref #). My question is I’m not sure what this dial is considered. It has a sparkle to it but I can’t tell if it’s a “Sparkle face” or if it speckled. I bought it to own but realized it’s technically a ladies size(I guess) at 32. I’m a big guy and I look silly in it. I have it on EBay and basically I just don’t want to mislead anyone as to the facts of it. Watch is a ‘50’s Seamaster Cal 471 Ref 2790-9. Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated. My goal watch is a newer Planet Ocean but I can’t justify it currently. Lol

Hey Meb, great watch you have there! You can call it whichever name you'd like hahaha. The dial was likely a plain uniform off-white or champagne colour. The spotted pattern was likely formed by moisture and exposure to the sun, and personally I'd like to call it a stardust dial!

Thank you. The photo I posted was a good, clear picture but it doesn’t do it justice. I didn’t want to stay interested parties with catchphrases I felt applied but were inaccurate. I appreciate the info.

the dial is not stained. I'm trying this thread because at the top right there is a written "follow" after a message written by me and written "upfollow"
