Ok gang, show us your museum-quality, vintage watches that you have in your current collection - in other words, these are the watches in your collection that you consider so unique and in such pristine and original condition that you sacrifice wrist time by not wearing regularly or just don't wear at all in order to keep them in that top shape condition!! All brands are welcome to walk on this parade! :)

Not exactly rare, but found unpolished & all original with an excellent medallion:

Much less common and in near mint condition with original everything including the strap and buckle:

These two are both in great shape, but we all know there's one or two members here with examples that could put them to shame:

This not only looks like it was unworn for 48 years, it came with all the box and papers. These just don't come up in 14K often at all.

And despite showing this picture a dozen times, it's the one photo that pretty much proves this puppy is the benchmark for 18ct dialed date-at-12 Conquests.

Here's one from an underappreciated brand that's pretty sweet too. Original 5 ball bearing logo crown & crystal, and no wear on the Centenaire engraving on the back.

Got a few others that are nice & crisp with original bonuses like buckles and/or straps, but not so rare they're to die for - like this 30L:

How's my future watch doing? Spending a lot of time in the dark while you're at school?

Dennis, you do have some nice/excellent specimens in your collection! but your collection is definitely heavy in Longines and I notice an IWC gap in your line up! ;-)

Yeah, I certainly don't have as many as I used to. Got the manual caliber 401 ultra-thin with the turtle lugs and the automatic caliber 8541 now. No modern IWC at all.

Are you still looking to sell me back the R521? ;)

My Zenith A3818 almost qualifies. But it has the wrong chronograph hand. We can't mislead museum-goers with that, can't we.

Don't you have a really nice rose gold Conquest with the correct scalloped crown?

Not all Omega but to me they are cool though.

WW2 fighter ace Douglas Bader's watch and dog tag originally sold at Sotherby's in 1999.

Apart from everyone telling me this isn't right I still believe this is something special. Stubborn I know.

A strange Longines stem patent perhaps? I have never seen another yet. Oddity section of the museum perhaps.
