And a Johnny walker double black on the rocks (more rocks than expected, but also a generous pour so I can’t complain)

Probably a daft question but what is the strap on this watch? Can anyone post a link or tell me where to get one? I only have the metal bracelet for mine but would love this.

Anyone else worried about wearing expensive watches in places that you don't normally inhabit? We are off to the Caribbean on holiday this year (first for all of us) and I'll be wearing a £50 G-Shock for the duration. Bit nervous about security given recent stories I've heard from friends who have holiday in Europe and elsewhere recently.
As long as you keep hold of your expensive watch as you go through airport security I would think you’d be fine. Wouldn’t be happy to let my snoopy disappear from sight into an airport x-ray scanner.

I almost always wear my Sea Dweller. It has been to 13 different countries including Eastern Europe and I have not had a problem. That said, there’s always a first but it’s insured.

I have to agree up to a point. As long as you are careful, the chances of a theft at your destination are very small. However, the road can be a hazardous place for high end watches. I always bring something useful and nice on vacation, but it will always be a watch that won't break the bank if something happens. Don't get me wrong, I don't baby my best watches. I truly believe in wearing them, but I see no sense in bringing them along just to say I did. One less thing to worry about!
