Tomatoes, red pepper, poblano pepper, garlic, onion, cucumber...
On the grill...
Don't want to really cook them completely, just char and add some smoke flavour...
Once charred blend with fresh parsley, fresh oregano, and fresh basil...plus red wine vinegar, olive oil, S&P....
Also grilled some prosciutto cotto...
Nice meal on a hot day...
