75th Birthday Dinner.
A simple meal for a simple man.
Baby chat potatoes, fresh asparagus, carrots Julienne, Red Brussel Sprout, all accompanying half of a 350 Gramm Fullblood Wagyu Sirloin Steak, marbling score 9+ from Stone Axe Butcher. All home cooked (steak a birthday pressie from my young fella).

Oh, and a sprinkling of good old English Maldon Sea Salt crystals (as if we don't have enough salt here 😉).

I see many of you make some excellent pizzas. It’s not my strong point but a bought some dough at the local pizza place. I went to training last week at which pizza was provided most people grabbed up the pepperoni and standard fair but I saw a spinach pizza no one was touching so I had that found it quite good. Unfortunately I’m light on spinach as we had it last night but I’m going to work on my pizza skills. Use my mundane speedy for timing they told me at the pizza place around 20 min or so.
