T-Bones and corn on the cob. No 'before' pictures, or any of the wreckage after, but I’m washing it all down with Caldera Mosaic IPA.
Wife is dragging me to dinner tonight with another couple. Some new Turkish fusion type restaurant called Zeugma on Montclair NJ. I'd rather stay home and use my Weber Grill, but Nooooooooooo. At least the menu is diverse enough that I can find something decent. What I want is my own Caesar Salad and a bone-in ribeye steak prepared medium rare with a nice dry rub. I don't see that on the menu, but such is life though. Happy wife, happy life.
If you want spice rub, you should enjoy your dinner tonight. You can eat pretty well at a Turkish restaurant. They can cook/ grill some meat.
These tossers were all into gluten-free stuff, not good hardy traditional Turkish food. The salads were good. I love their yogurt-based sauces. Desserts were outstanding!
Sunday evening is my time in the kitchen and to be quite honest I really could not be bothered so a quick stir fry with some Aberdeen Angus etc. and as we are in Scotland it is almost compulsory to have chips
