ยทOn offer from my personal collection is a lovely Westclox "All Sports" diving chronograph. The piece dates to approx. 1968/69. Westclox was a contemporary of Hamilton, and also imported Swiss watches that it then distributed under its own US-based brand.
Case: Hefty, solid steel case in excellent condition. 39mm not including original crown, 48mm lug to lug. Swooping curves of the lugs make it hug the wrist. Bezel in excellent condition. Case is the same one used in the Le Jour Triton, Dugena, and other classic dive chronos from the era. NB: case retains the original factory finish (polished, as seen in the ad), but has not been polished further--caseback inscription and back side of lugs are both still very sharp.
Dial: Gorgeous silver panda dial with sunburst backdrop and contrasting black subdials (minute subdial has yachting timer). Bold applied steel markers and stick hands with intact lume. Complemented by rectangle-capped sweep second. Red segment on minute dial and blue tachy add complexity while maintaining the overall elegance of the piece. Crystal, crown, and pushers all original and in good shape.
Movement: Valjoux 7733 movement, serviced in October 2024 and keeping excellent time. All chrono functions work properly, and sweep hand resets to zero.
Band: This gorgeous package is topped off by the original stainless steel bracelet (see image of original ad).
Asking $1100
Shipping to US/CND/UK/EU, other possibilities on agreement with buyer
