ยทHi all!
I finally received from service my long awaited Omega 2169. The coronavirus lockdowns has limited my travelling posibilities in Europe which I used for hunting the watches I like. I was searching them through vintage watch dealers, pawn shops sometimes and flea-markets. Staying home during quarantine I rediscovered the local market of vintage watches by advanced search on eBay only from my country. And I found this beauty locally, with scratches on crystal, dirty dial and unserviced movement for a long time. A couple days at my watchmaker, a bit of polywatch and here it is - Omega 2169-2 from 1944 powered with caliber 30T2, authentic untouched dial with radium lume, syringe hands and pretty sharp case for an almost 80 years watch.
