Weird watch glass texture

I've recently just purchased an omega speedmaster mk 40. There is a weird bubble like texture apparent on the glass under the light reflection.

Any ideas on how this can be remedied or what cased it in the first place?

Probably anti reflective coating, is outside or inside.

The watch does have a sapphire crystal yes ?

New crystals aren’t as cheap as they used to be. So probably removing it would be the go.

Are you sure it's not a protective film like the worrywarts put on their hone screens?

Have you tried to just peel it off?

First time I've tried and definitely nothing to peel off unfortunately
