    I have a weird question and I hope I don't offend anyone here :)

I have a spare 321 movement. It is in fact CH27 non omega brand. And I also have a 145.022 case with customs glass back. I am wondering whether I can just put the 321 movement in the case instead of having two parts laying around idly. I have no intention to sell or disguise it as anything legit. Purely for utility and entertainment for myself.

    Thanks, Frank

I bought a straight lug speedy with an 861 in it, so I'd imagine it would work the other way around. You will need a 321 dial though as 861 has different dial feet.

Sounds like a fun project. Even if you decide to sell, full disclosure will keep you sober [emoji1317]

So case is interchangeable. Dial is movement specific. What about the casing ring? Can the 861 casing ring hold the 321 movement?

You will need the 321 movement ring, the 321 ring has holes in it to support the extensions which the pushers push against, the 861 has cut outs instead. But the physical dimensions of the 2 rings are the same. Also the pins on the pushers might be the incorrect length.

Well, ok, now it sounds like a lot of work :). I may just drop this project. Thanks all!
