RECENT REPORTS OF WATCH RELATED ROBBERY HAVE ME WORRIED.

60 years ago I was born in London, UK. I grew up on a rough housing estate and went to a terrible school in South West London. In 1972, I remember them closing our school, in Wandsworth, for 2 hours following the fatal stabbing of a student. I managed to live, work and travel, in and around this risky, dangerous city, for more than 50 years without ever being attacked in the street. And then 6 years ago, I realised how terrible it was....... and moved to a quiet, peaceful village, with zero crime, on the Dorset coast.

I soon realised that my dream of rural safety, was indeed, just a dream And worse, my Dad's Omega Speedmaster 105.012-65, that he wore, in safety, in that terrible, dangerous city of London, for more than 30 years...
IS NOW AT SERIOUS RISK!


I am very worried about wearing my lovely watch in Dorset!

You’ve never been to Dorset? It’s just like Bermuda but without the triangle.

 

It would seem that the new formula is as follows:
FATHER: 37 years out and about, every day, in London. Come rain or sunshine
SON: 13 years Kept it in a dark sock draw.
SON: Followed by 2 years of camera flash, and Dorset Sunshine.

 

South Dorset gets summers as good as those we get in New Zealand.
