Two weeks on the wrist. Now right wrist because my left arm is in a sling. I’m astounded as to how this old bird keeps time. I’ve not had to adjust at all.

Thanks! Wish I knew more of the backstory. Grabbed it quickly when it popped up for sale from a watch/jewelry store in upstate New York a couple years ago. They told had just acquired it from an older gentleman in his 80s who walked into their store, but that’s about all they knew. He/they didn’t have any box or papers - I was sure to ask, even doubled back to the owner of the store after buying it to ask him again. Yes, I would imagine it’s been very well taken care of. And I look forward to doing the same! 😀

It sounds as though you were in the right place at the right time.
Very fortunate for you and well done for not hesitating. Its wonderful that it has gone to someone who will appreciate and look after it for many more years.
