Posh nosh.
A staple of schools in the UK for years. Spam, chips and beans. Usually followed the next day by pie, chips and beans. Or sausage rolls, chips and beans. Egg, chips and beans. Or deep fry the Spam in batter and call it Spam Fritters.

 

I would totally eat that.

I used to live in San Francisco and the Denny’s in little Tokyo used to have stuff like this on the menu, the Japanese “Grand Slam” was mystifying when you saw it through American eyes.

 

Daily staple in Hawaii.

 

I’m surprised there hasn’t been a sticky about horological gourmet- what watches do you wear for making certain recipes.
Seems everyone here likes intersting food.
