I have two working vintage Omegas and my sister offered me one of my late father's older, broken Seamaster plain dress watch which I would get repaired if I could find a local experienced watchmaker here in Toronto Canada. I don't need another watch, but this one was my dad's and I don't like that it's not working.

Anyone know a Toronto watchmaker who could overhaul this watch ? Thanks
