My sister has lived in one of the Canadian Perths.

No watchmakers there.

Looking for some opinions, what do you think of this dial in terms of clean up?

Hard to say what's going on around those plots, a WM would need to get the crystal off and inspect it under high magnification. It could be radium burn, radium dust, or something else entirely.

Based on this one picture I'd say a light brushing away of any surface debris and a new or polished old crystal and it will already be greatly improved.

Less is more with dial cleaning, especially with a reference like this.

Here's mine, a -7 or -8 IIRC, not perfect, but full of character. Good luck with the job!

That's beautiful watch you have there Cristos. I'll definitely take your advice and agree with you about less is more with the dial.
In regard to the bezel, is there anything that can be done?

If you're posting to Adam, Australia Post Express satchel (500gm) would be fine.
Should you need confidence in another mode, Adam recommends DHL.

The bezel (just by itself) could be posted to Aldo via DHL as well.
