    Anyone know of an independent watchmaker in Philadelphia with a good rep for vintage?

    An email correspondent bought a nicely turned out 2852 Connie with pie pan for gold value (lucky bugger) and wants to know of someone who is good and reasonably priced.

    I'm guessing any vintage Omega but Israel will tell you straight.
