Ever have regrets? I had and sold:

    -Rolex Daytona Paul Newman
    -Rolex Oyster Daytona (red Daytona)
    -2 Rolex Prince Observatory duo-dial (doctor's) watches
    -Rolex GMT Master
    -Rolex steel Submariner
-Rolex Explorer 1, (NOS when I sold it)
    -Rolex steel and 14-karat Submariner

And assorted other miscellaneous watches. Sell one, and very quickly, you have neither the watch, OR the money!

Well I can see what you did wrong here. You did not sell the watches to Dennis. If you had done that you would have always been able to buy them back
Now if you had sold them to me, you would have been able to come over and look at them whenever you wished. MN is close to Canuck land.
If you had sold them to Ashley you would have an excuse to vacation on the Gold Coast, Canadians love it there.
If you had sold them to William he would sell them back to fund more Speedmasters.

In short you have done a very poor job of choosing buyers :( and have no one to blame but yourself :p

The good news is that @Canuck still has his full setup Speedmaster 2915-1 and 2.

By those you mean early Speedmasters. I have two Speedmasters, but neither of the above.

    These two.

I've happily sold watches that I didn't fancy anymore or which sales would land me an improvement. Neither of the two watch sales ticked one of these boxes.

If you regret selling the Constellation, I can see why! That is about a perfect example as I have seen! Ouch!

Yep. It got an appreciative home with a co-forumer, but I'd happily bring it back home. :)

Well,I am sure it seemed like the right thing to do at the time. Probably doesn't make it any easier thinking about it that way but you can always buy them again if you have loads of money.

The Explorer 1 I mentioned above, I bought in 1989 at dealer COST! $950.00 ( Cdn.). It was NOS! Owned it for several years, and sold it for my cost to a friend that admired it! He rhapsodized about how beautiful it was, and swore he'd love it and enjoy it forever more. Five years later, he phoned me and told me he had received an offer of $5,000.00 for it. But before he sold it, he was offering to sell it back to me for $4,000.00! I thanked him very much! He sold it for $5,000.00. I decided then and there I would never be selling him another watch!

    Wow, that Connie is gorgeous!

I haven't sold anything yet. I'm at the point that I sometimes regret thinking of selling.

Twas a pocket watch....a beautiful 1940 RAF lead navigator's chronometer by Jaeger LeCoultre.

Problem was there was so damn much radium on the face and hands I wasn't comfortable wearing the it..... I always wondering when something would fall out of my pant leg.....
