OK I am not an Invicta owner or fan
BUT
This case was too good of a deal to pass up and a way I can get the majority of my collection in one box and just store the whole thing in our safe room.
It is actually better than I expected, even the bottoms of the trays are padded to protect the faces of the watches under them. It holds 50 watches!
Problem is the cuffs are too big for my watches.
My wrists are about 6.9 in does anyone know of any watch pillows or something I could find?

Maybe you can put a sticker over that. Or keep to deter thieves.
Amazon has a selection of pillows that you can buy.

Saw a thing somewhere -- wood doweling, cut to width, covered with foam backing then your choice of cloth/suede/leather/etc.

Pipe insulation, mentioned above by James, seems better and far easier.

I can't see how those cushions are made, but perhaps there is a simple way to modify them to accept smaller watches.

What a fantastic box! and water proof for when the cruise ship sinks too.

Lol- doubles as a floatation device, cooler and drink stand so your Natural Light doesn’t go in the drink as you are waiting for the coast guard to scoop you up.
