Hello,
I have a quick business trip to Paris this coming weekend and wonder about watch shops. Any advice on places to look?

Thanks for all of the replies on my no-name Constellation/Globemaster (what do I call it?), I'll probably wear my Connie for the trip though.

regards,
Paul

Are you looking to name your watch? 😵‍💫 How about Paul Jr.? ( 😜 ) Maybe Emanon (no name spelled backwards).

Seriously, it's a Globemaster to us.

Antoine DeMacedo has two shops/locations in Paris. The one everyone sees is right on the Boulevard St Germain at #201. The location with the best inventory and the best display of watches is the original location at 28 Rue Madame. These two locations are more or less in the same neighborhood and the walk between them is well worth doing. The shop on Rue Madame is the real deal. This is a watch lovers shop featuring everything from the Sea Master to the complicated Patek.

While you are in the neighborhood around Rue Madame stop and have a nice lunch.

I definitely recommend Charly, he is the nicest and most reasonnable wintage Watch seller in Paris IMHO, I have the greatest respect for him. Small shop however, and I don't know if he speaks English...
You can also try :
Romain REA (Address : 26 Rue du Bac, 75007 Paris, 01 42 61 43 44)
Montres Modernes et de collection (Address : 9 Rue Marbeuf, 75008 Paris, Phone : 01 40 70 90 10)
Landauer, (Address : 152 Rue du Temple, 75003 Paris, Phone : 01 42 72 07 09.

REA and De Macedo are the references in Paris, and sell top quality at top price.

What kind of vintage are you searching?

Hello All,

I'm in Paris for a week. I stumbled upon this thread on watch shops but since it is starting to date I wonder if the list is still relevant. Maybe @Syrte can also chime in.

Which shops do you suggests in Paris for vintage watches?

Also sending you a pm.

I've been at Romain Réa once . He has wonderful watches . A little bit expensive for me looking for kind of sub 1400 USD
