It's the "driving wheel over third wheel" and Cousins show it. You'll need a watchmaker to fit it so, the watchmaker should supply it as they might not like to accept parts from a customer - I don't usually. Cheers, Chris
Do you just need the wheel itself? I have a few received in when I bought a bunch of parts. It's in a mixed bag with balances and bridges and not properly stored but I'm happy to send it out to you if you want to try it.

Why are you attempting this yourself? This is an easily sorted issue any decent watchmaker could solve. Refurb of this movement is a couple hundred bucks. Time value of money....
Thanks for your reply Larry I have no intention of doing this myself. I know an old retired watchmaker who will install it for me. I believe I have the right piece now, I have to take it to him to find out.
