Yes, it's a counterfeit.
Fake and replica are just bullshit terms for stolen IP.

Fake is a synonym for counterfeit right? I understand “Replica” can have a more indolent meaning in certain situations.

Any watch that is a copy or a "homage" and is not sanctioned by the owner of that trademark, copyright or IP is a counterfeit.

Unless it's a replica like this of course.
