    Could be most anything. Typical of countless anonymous branded watches of Swiss origin, probably from the late 1960s. This one is from long after Waltham locked the door, and sold the name to an assembler of generic watches. Assembled from off the shelf components. If you would upload a picture of the mechanism, we might be able to tell you more. Could be related to an ETA 2406 movement.
