Hi OF, This time a Vulcain Cricket up for sale. The Cricket is known as the first alarm watch. This particular type is from the 40s-50s and seems to be a very desirable model among vintage Crickets. I'm the sort of person to not wake up to digital alarms, so this watch has really been a joy to use and wear. To my knowledge, all original condition. The unpolished case edges are very sharp. The long lug legs help it wear bigger than its small case size. The hour/minute hands are blued steel color, and seconds hand is actually a sort of reddish color that shows in certain lighting. Interesting detail. The dial has a gray track that looks different on lighting, and retains the original lume. It has an outer track in blue that you can use to finetune the alarm, which I found very useful. It also has a bit of a radium burn in the shape of around 5:14, which probably means it was left in storage unused with the hands stopped to that time over a very long time. It's keeping excellent time. It had an issue where the seconds hand got caught on the minute hand at certain timings, so I had it serviced a few months back. I will include the horween strap it's currently on. I'm asking 1450 USD - any questions please shoot me a message. Thanks OF!
