Dear OF-members,

up for sale is this nice genuine Vulcain Cricket with the sought after diamond (on 12 position) dial from the 50s.
It is called Lyndon B. Johnson dial because the US president wore this watch in the 60s.
This Vulcain Crickets are alarm watches and the famous movement (Vulkcain 120) has two (!) barrels, one for the watch and one for the alarm function.
The watch is all genuine, has had a service in 2022 and a real nice patina.
The watch is the template for the new classic line of Vulcain Cricket with the same dial design.

Dial & Hands:
The dial is very nice and rare.
It is a very nice two tone dial.
The lume is all original as the hands are. The hands have new lume, but the color matches the dial lume very good. Dial is very clean for its age and for this model.

Case:
The case is a stainless steel case with a thick rosegold cap on the front.
It measures 34mm x 40mm.
The case is in real good condition for its age (70 years old).
There is only a little dent on the front right lug, but that is no issue.
Otherwise, it is in best condition.

Movement:
The movement is an inhouse Vulcain 120 movement.
It has two barrels, one for the watch function, one for the alarm.
Therefore you have to wind the crown in direction to the 6 for the watch and in direction to the 12 for the alarm.
The hand for the alarm is the arrow hand and on the outer scale, you can see the hours and minutes for the alarm time.
The movement is serviced in 2022, I added the invoice.

Crystal:
The watch comes with a new fitting plexi crystal, I add the old one.

Bracelet:
The watch comes with the leather shown in the pics.
