I am seriously in doubt about this one. I tend to think it is redialed. What's your opinion?

 

Redial to me. The Omega lacks any of the required serifs, the Automatic is smudged, the Seamaster has too thick of line weight, and the minute track doesn't need 5 minute markers when it has gold indices for those.

 

100% redial IMO. Assuming it is a mid-late '50s fat lug, the Seamaster text is wrong, the Omega font slightly later and as noted above there should be no ticks under the indices. Its too clean too and would likely have been 2 tone originally.

 

Think also redial. What's the serial?

For starters, the “Seamaster” is way off.

 

They didn’t all have coat hangers but I agree it’s off. My similar model with the rounder S
