Visit to Madison Ave Seiko Boutique...9F

Mrs S was in attendance. I was in a short leash and a bit distracted after touring the 911 memorial, so I didn’t take pics. I tried on several GS but none sang to me. They did however have this 9F in stock. It is really thin, beautifully finished and was very tempting, but full retail no negotiating. Didn’t press because Mrs S just said no...They also would not let me remove the blue coating over the sapphire back. They explained that like other manufacturers we discuss, they can’t get inventory. My RGM got a thorough and admiring loupe inspection. The shops on Madison were full of well heeled foreign tourists who appeared to be willing to pay full retail.
