North Korean Kim II Sung (let me know if its not appropriate, so I can remove) Dial with images of the first three Kings of Saudi Arabia plus all the numerals are in local language. 1. King Abdul Aziz (Ibn Saud) 1932 - 1953 2. King Saud (Saud bin Abdulaziz), son of King Abdul Aziz 1953 - 1964 3. King Faisal (Faisal bin Abdulaziz), son of King Abdul Aziz 1964 - 1975
Hi. Not sure about the upper ones, but at least one of these looks like a bad redial. You can see how inconsistent the Seamaster writing is on the one to the right. Here is a legit example.
Oh, they are yours! Sorry. Maybe that sounded very negative. Very interesting watches. Another member posted a recently acquired Connie with the name of Kim-il-Sung if I am not mistaken.
Yes, that was me . I recently got the Extract of the Archive (the digital version), but I am wondering: It doesn´t say North Korea on it, just Korea (although it is very obvious that it has been sent to N.Korea, who else would order such a dial? I also found a extract from a another watch like mine on the Internet with a nearby movement number, also sent on the same date like mine, at the 04.September 1978 to NORTH Korea).
After a query regarding the delivery country / to precise it, I quickly received an answer: Thanks & hats off to Omega!
