Vintage watch advice sought

All-I am looking at this watch and hoping that those more knowledgeable than me can comment on any red flags (which I don't see). I have looked at OTD and other places and am not finding a lot of info or other similar examples. [Wind Vintage had a similar piece with what seems to be an inferior dial and different hands and I can't figure out where they priced their watch.] I have had good past experiences with the seller (although they are not shy in their pricing).
