Vintage Speedmaster- Please help- i have exhausted research sources

Hi All
I have always wanted an Omega, but with a young family and tight budget it seems to be a distant dream. I found what seems to be a vintage speedmaster in an auction, but i'm not sure if it is authentic. The hands shapes and colours seem to be a red flag? I have spent a few days researching but have been unable to find this specific model.

Any help or advice is much appreciated.

I mean this in the nicest of ways - if you can't tell that the watch you posted is an awful fake, that means you have a TON of learning to do. Keep your money in your pocket and read as much as you can before you throw money away on something like this.

I know next to nothing about vintage Speedmasters but that is truly awful.

@adwest what are you looking for in a watch and what is your ball park budget?

Perhaps we can steer you in the right direction.

With a young family and on a tight budget, OP is probably better off looking at less fought-over models. 50s/60s Seamasters are lovely watches, just as high-quality and a fraction of the price of Speedmasters.
