Vintage Speedmaster 145.012 Hands Recommendations

hi

i own a 145.012; i like wearing it; the winding mechanism wasn't catching... broken mainspring. (see pics 1 and 2 below)
i had it serviced in NYC, watchmaker 'crushed' the minute hands (see pic 3 below)

would you suggest i:
A) leave it as is
B) replace with OEM service hands
C) replace with vintage old/dirty hands? (see pic 4 below)

I'd replace with a vintage matching chrono hand, and on the 145.012 either the flat bottom style hand, or the style you have now are correct for the piece, so that should make it easier to source a good matching one.

How about "none of the above"

You can find a better vintage minute hand, or full set, with some patience

I would keep the mounted ones, buy another matching set and let it relume for wearing it.

The chrono hand seems broken, it will be impossible to put it on your watch.

I don't see the issue either, but hard to see looking on my phone screen. Is the mount damaged on the backside?
